All Athletes and Judges
Complete Registration, Waiver, Health History and Medical Release forms. Provide signed forms to your Regional Director.

Read and sign the Rules and Regulations form. Provide the signed form to your Regional Director.

All competitors: Provide an ID picture (passport sized - head and shoulder shot) in JPEG format (600 by 600 pixels). If no electronic format is available, you can provide high quality 2" by 2" printed photo. Director: Mail with registration forms.
Our online registration form will let you upload a picture with your registration.

Arrange for payment for all competitive events and the seminar - either online, or by mailing a check to the Regional Director.
If you register online, you can choose if you pay online of by check.
